About This
- Replacement filter for any standard sized housing of 10 inches. Filters up to 1500 gallons of water. *Does NOT reduce TDS*
- High chemical absorption capacity. Do not exhibit problems such as channeling, fluidizing, bypassing, and the release of carbon fines.
- KDF-55 effectively removes up to 99% of water-soluble heavy metals lead, mercury, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals. It also significantly extends life of GAC by protecting the carbon bed from fouling.
- COCONUT SHELL ACTIVATED CARBON (GAC) removes chlorine and its byproducts such as THM and TCE, SOCs, VOCs, PFOS/PFAS, low levels of hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg smell) that causes bad odor.
